Techkor Instrumentation Wireless Solutions
The Techkor wireless condition monitoring system automates collecting CBM data collection in industrial environments and if desired can seamlessly download data into your Rockwell Entek Odyssey software. The system includes precision piezoelectric sensors, laser tachometers, database storage, and control/display software. Hundreds of accelerometers may share the same radio network. All units communicate with access points which bridge the wireless network to Ethernet network eliminating expensive wiring costs. The entire system is easily configured from a standard networked PC. A typical layout of the wireless system consists of a central PC, access points, repeaters, and sensors. The wireless network is an automatically configurable network. Simply install the access points in a grid with overlapping coverage, and then install accelerometers on the machinery to be monitored, thus creating a very reliable system.
